An active 30 something year old part time single parent to an even more active 8 year old boy navigates the world of playing taxi, sharing custody, running, biking, swimming, training for triathlons, teaching kickboxing, studying, working, dating, and in general attempting to keep all these balls in the air with a smile and a sense of humor. It's a scary, wild, crazy adventure (good thing I thrive on adventure) that I am happy to share.

Ironman - Triathlon from the Inside Out (part 2)
This is a shorter version of my previous post, for those who don't want to watch the longer version...still really cool and gets the point across. Just hard to believe he can condense 11+ hours of a race into 3ish minutes. CRAZY!!!
