An active 30 something year old part time single parent to an even more active 8 year old boy navigates the world of playing taxi, sharing custody, running, biking, swimming, training for triathlons, teaching kickboxing, studying, working, dating, and in general attempting to keep all these balls in the air with a smile and a sense of humor. It's a scary, wild, crazy adventure (good thing I thrive on adventure) that I am happy to share.

Triathlon can pretty much be summed up by these two sentences...
"Your body screams STOP!!!!!!!! But your heart screams GO!!!!!!!!"
