An active 30 something year old part time single parent to an even more active 8 year old boy navigates the world of playing taxi, sharing custody, running, biking, swimming, training for triathlons, teaching kickboxing, studying, working, dating, and in general attempting to keep all these balls in the air with a smile and a sense of humor. It's a scary, wild, crazy adventure (good thing I thrive on adventure) that I am happy to share.

Hed PE - Renegade
Another one for the running playlist. I guess I just discovered these guys and yeah, I think they're pretty phucking awesome!!!!
